What this offer is about

Seapoint is offering new customers who sign up using promo code UNICORN one additional free month of their Seapoint subscription ("the Offer"), on top of the standard 2 free months already given to all new Seapoint signups. This code is being shared as part of Seapoint's sponsorship of the Riding Unicorns podcast, but anyone who enters it validly may redeem it, however they heard about it.

Offer period

The Offer runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 October 2027 inclusive ("Offer Period"). Seapoint may withdraw or amend the Offer at any time; see Reservation of rights below.

Eligibility

To qualify, you must:

• Be a new Seapoint customer — never have held a Seapoint account before, under any email address or alias.
• Sign up for Seapoint during the Offer Period.
• Choose a Scale or Foundation plan. Free-plan customers don't qualify — there's no paid billing for the extra month to apply to.

How to redeem

Enter code UNICORN either:

• When you choose a paid plan, enter code in the promo code field; or
• Retrospectively, within 1 week of choosing your paid plan via support@seapoint.co

What you get

• One additional free month on a paid plan — a 3rd free month total.
• One-time benefit, not a recurring discount.
• Normal billing/cancellation terms apply once free period(s) end.

Combinability and limits

• One use per customer.
• Cannot be combined with any other promo Seapoint is running concurrently.

Anti-abuse and no paid re-promotion

Fine: mentioning the code for free — in the podcast, a newsletter, a social post, to a friend.

Prohibited: paying for any advertising (paid social, paid search, display, influencer fees) that promotes the code to generate income/traffic/referral fees; listing it on paid coupon-aggregator sites; using it as a means to generate income or business rather than a genuine recommendation.

Seapoint may withhold or reverse the reward on suspected fraud or abuse.

Reservation of rights

Seapoint may amend these Terms or suspend/withdraw the Offer at any time, and may reverse a reward obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms or Seapoint's standard account terms.

Entity and governing law

This Offer is made by the Seapoint entity that provides your Seapoint subscription, depending on where your account is based. Your use of Seapoint is governed by the Customer Agreement for your region, and these Terms sit alongside it.
